I almost thought this place could be nice, but the breakfast room was cramped, and it seemed like a sardine can with families everywhere. My request for a room upgrade was clearly too much to ask. I just couldn't take it seriously anymore, such a disappointment!

Very comfortable hotel, monumental building, nice staff, excellent service, good location.
The thing that my friend was been attacked while making reception deeds at the hotel. Her bag with phone and cards was stolen. The hotel staff didn't do anything and they didn't call for the police even having video cameras around. That was awful. The cameras showed that there were thieves around the hotel who were following us.

Friendly staff, charming hotel, room and facilities, great location and surrounding area
Bed was hard, floors creaky, shower in a curved old-style bathtub is tricky, especially when you are dealing with jet lag. But these were relatively minor, overall very good stay.

Great spacious room, but the e-bike storage was a hassle to navigate.

Camere grandi (una rarita a Parigi), molto confortevole e pieno di charme. Il personale dell'albergo e di grande gentilezza.
La prima colazione, peraltro molto buona, è troppo cara.

I really liked this hotel and would stay here again. The price was great. The rooms/bathrooms are big. The decor is quaint. The locaton in the 9th arrondissmet is not full of tourists. You see young couples walking their kids to and from school. Very friendly staff. I

Just a fine choice for a short stayover in Paris with very good value for money. The staff was friendly and helped us with local dining options we really enjoyed. Try to request a room at the back if you're sensitive to noise.

Big bedroom, comfy bed and nice bedlinen. Requested room with a view and we were on the top 6th floor with a lovely view of Sacrecoeur. near main line station St Lazaire and the metro and less than 5 mins walk to Gallerie Lafeyette. Free WiFi and helpful staff.
Expensive considering that breakfast was not included and was13 euros per person. We had good coffee and a lovely fresh croissant for 6 euros for the two of us at a local cafe .

I had a superior room and it was quiet with a large bathroom. All the services were excellent.

great location but a few quirks
The location was really good, with access to local attractions. I appreciated the hotel's authentic French atmosphere. It added to the overall charm. The Wi-Fi connection was superb-perfect for planning my day while relaxing in my room. I also enjoyed the lovely city view from my window, made my mornings even brighter.
The air conditioning system took a bit of time to cool the room down.

The rooms are huge and tastefully decorated & furnished. The beds too are large & comfortable. A real olde world hotel - very typically French - full of antique furniture - a wonderful experience.
The bathrooms are very old - the loo did not flush well and all the fixtures & fittings are dated. There is also no air-conditioning in this hotel.

Helpful staff in a central Paris location with an excellent stylish bedroom and spacious en-suite, very clean, fast wi-fi, very reasonable bar fridge prices.

great access to iconic sites and vibrant dining options
The hotel offers an authentic French atmosphere and is only a pleasant stroll of about 10 minutes to the fine basilique du sacre-coeur, providing amazing views of the city. You're surrounded by great places to eat like le terrabis just a few steps away.

The entire hotel was clean, stylish and well heated rooms. This exceptionally comfortable property was in very central location by the Trinite metro station. I loved Onigiriz, nestled 5 minutes away on foot. The breakfast I had was very good with eggs to be boiled, cheeses, fresh juice. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

Excellent value for the area which was in the 9th arr. very close to Opera and Galleries Lafayette. It was also the largest room we have ever had in Paris with a large sitting area and plenty of room to walk around.
